Kingdoms of Novitas is run by Adrastea Inc., a charitable not-for-profit organization based in New York. The game was founded in 2004 by MVGC Inc. and sold to Adrastea Inc. in December 2022. Adrastea Inc. legally does business as (DBA) Kingdoms of Novitas, so you'll rarely see the corporate name used outside of legal or financial contexts.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors for Adrastea Inc are Christina Mevec, James Vertucci, and Ryan Green, who also serve as the First Marshals of Kingdoms of Novitas. As Directors, they hold legal and financial responsibility for the organization; as First Marshals, they oversee how the game itself runs day to day.
