"Where's My XP?

If your experience total looks wrong, who you talk to depends on the situation. If you know exactly what's missing — say, experience for a prop donation — go to the Marshal responsible for that area (the Props Marshal, in that example); the Logistics Marshal can't adjust experience that originates elsewhere. Only if you're not sure where the discrepancy came from should you start with the Logistics Marshal.
