Digital Platforms

The Kingdoms of Novitas website, social media pages, Character Portal, and Wiki are maintained by different members of staff and volunteers. If you encounter a technical problem, please direct your report to the appropriate contact below. Clicking their name on this page will open an email with their address pre-populated.populated, or you can reach out to them via Discord or Facebook.

Reporting an Issue

When reporting an issue about one of our digital platforms, please include:

  • The specific issue: A clear description of what is going wrong.

  • Context: What you were doing or which page you were on when the issue occurred.

  • Evidence: A screenshot or the specific URL, if applicable.

For Technical Glitches and Browser Issues

If you encounter a glitch such as text that becomes unreadable in Dark Mode, buttons overlapping on mobile screens, or images failing to load, please visit What'sMyBrowser.org. Include the link provided by that site or a screenshot of your browser info; this gives us the technical data we need to fix the problem without you having to be a tech expert.

Website and Social Media

The website and social media accounts are maintained by our Media and Communications team. Contact Kat Crossman or Kayla Priest with any questions or concerns, or to volunteer to help with maintaining them!

Character Portal

The Character Portal is coded and maintained by the Logistics Marshal, Frank Tamburrino. Please address all technical issues regarding the portal to him.

Wiki

The Wiki CSS, JS, and content is currently coded and maintained by Shauna Goldstein. For issues with the wiki, you can click the "Report a Problem with This Page" button located under the "Quick Links" section on the page you are having issues with and fill out the Google Form that opens:
