Pre-Launch Checklist

HTML artifact patterns:

• Redundant <ul><li><ul> list-wrapper nesting from pasted PmWiki lists; currently masked by css; flatten in batch. 
  
• div.vspace spacer divs
• li > p wrapped list items
• Empty / nbsp-only paragraphs

Placeholder links to resolve before launch:

• Site Safety waiver link
• Core Rules "grievance form" link (Gender & Roleplaying policy)
• Reporting Procedure Marshals/Seconds roster "here" link 

Cleanup-pass code mechanics:

• BookStack API over direct DB (gets revision history as rollback safety net)
• Dry-run mode + spot-check
• Keep cosmetic/structural fixes in the batch; handle link-dependent ones (bkmrk IDs) separately

Alpha teardown:

• Comment out alpha warning banner and keep in as "use this to make a site-wide banner" code
