Check-In

Each event, all attending players check in at the logistics desk in the logistics building. Check-in opens at 7pm — please wait until then to do so.

You may see logistics staff behind the desk before 7pm. That window is one of their best chances to get on-site work done with everything that's stored there, so being asked "are you ready to start yet?" every few minutes makes that much harder. They'll open at 7.

Event Fee

A standard event is $30 per person, which covers your participation, meals at the Inn, and lodging on site for the weekend. Payment is cash or PayPal. You can pay PayPal on your own device via the online payment page; if you'd rather not use PayPal, pay cash at the desk.

New Players

  • Your second event is free. Every player's second event is on us.
  • NPC your entire first event and you'll get your choice of free entry to that event or 10 bonus XP. Let Logistics staff you pick which at check-in.

These stack, and they're separate benefits; a new player who NPCs their whole first event gets the reward and their second event free.

When check-in begins, someone at one of the computers will take your payment or, if you pre-registered online, mark you as present.

Cash donations or payments for auction items can also be turned in now.

Finally, let logs staff know which PC you're playing for the event if you have Alts.

Picking Up Items

After checking in, continue down the table to collect any pre-produced items you ordered (and pay for them if needed).

You can also exchange out-of-date consumables or rituals here. Swapping one or two is no trouble; if you're exchanging ten or more, use the pre-production form ahead of time to make it easier on logistics staff.

Character sheets

Character sheets are handled entirely through the online portal; there are no paper sheets to approve. Download your sheet to your phone from the portal, and you're set. If you need to print a copy or don't have your phone, there's a computer and printer available at logistics.

Players who haven't been around since before the portal was set up can speak to Logistics, who have scanned old sheets that were in the archive to keep in case they are ever needed.
