Age Requirements

Kingdoms of Novitas is dedicated to providing an immersive and engaging roleplaying experience for our community. Because our events involve complex storytelling and physical combat, we maintain specific guidelines regarding participant age to ensure that all attendees are prepared for the nature of our game environment.

Mature Themes & Expectations

Kingdoms of Novitas is intended for an adult audience (18+). While most plots do not involve adult themes, some scenarios may include mature content such as simulated violence or romance.

It is not our policy to police or censor the narrative direction of plots, provided all participants adhere to the Code of Conduct. The game environment will not change to suit an individual's specific play style or comfort level.

If a player finds a plot theme uncomfortable, they are encouraged to excuse themselves from the scene immediately.

Players Aged 15 to 18 Years

Players between the ages of 15 and 18 may participate in game events, provided they meet the following conditions:

Explicit Permission: They must obtain prior approval from the First Marshals.
Adult Guardian: They must be accompanied by a sibling, parent, or legal guardian who is at least 21 years old.
Active Participation: The accompanying adult must be a registered participant with a signed waiver on file.
Constant Supervision: The accompanying adult must remain on-site for the duration of the event.

It is the guardian's sole responsibility to ensure the minor is not participating in scenarios they deem inappropriate. The game content will not be restricted or altered due to the presence of a minor.

Individuals Under the Age of 15

Individuals under the age of 15 are not permitted to participate in game events.

If a child under 15 is present on-site for any reason, they must remain in the immediate vicinity of a parent or legal guardian (who must be 21+ and have a signed waiver on file) at all times, without exception.
