Leadership Roles

The game's leadership, often referred to as Staff, is organized in three tiers:

First Marshals

The First Marshals are the top of the ladder, overseeing all of staff and the game as a whole.

Marshals

Marshals are experienced players who have been asked to volunteer to take on responsibility for running an area of the game. Each leads a workgroup of volunteers who make that part of the game happen.
